1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Products and Services

All paintings and artworks sold on this website are original, handcrafted pieces by Ravi art Shegaon. Descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided in good faith and may vary slightly from the actual product due to photographic and display variations.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• "Price on Enquiry" items require direct contact before purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We take utmost care in packaging artworks for safe delivery. Delivery timelines depend on the size of the artwork and your location. You will be notified with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns unless the piece arrives damaged. In case of damage during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Commission Work

For custom commission requests, a 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before delivery. Cancellations after work has commenced will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

7. Government Contract Work

All government project inquiries are subject to formal agreement and purchase orders as per government procurement procedures. GST invoices are issued for all government works.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Ravi art Shegaon. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products beyond the value of the original transaction.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Buldhana, Maharashtra.
